Mike Peterson is an imaginative storyteller and the creator of Chaco's Adventures, a heartwarming children's book series inspired by his love for dogs and a passion for teaching valuable life lessons. Drawing from years of leadership experience, Mike combines his expertise with a knack for crafting engaging tales that inspire children to explore, grow, and embrace kindness.

When he’s not writing, Mike enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and finding inspiration from the world around him. His Australian Shepherd, Chaco, serves as the star of his books and the heart of his stories, bringing joy and learning to families everywhere.

Mike lives in Bentonville, Arkansas with his family and his lovable four-legged companions. He believes that every adventure, big or small, can teach us something valuable, and he’s thrilled to share those lessons through his books.
